* On-site management for 30-180 days or more Education/training for the entire management team in Materials Management concepts and their applications
* Additional professional team support for on-site manager, so projects can be completed while daily management is handled
* Search team participation; technical support during interviews and referrals (as applicable) of potential candidates
* Transition assistance to train new manager in daily operations and to complete important projects
